Our new seats have been purchased and we would like to extend the opportunity to our patrons to name each seat! You can leave a lasting legacy at Carteret Community Theatre.
Here’s how it works:

Sponsor a seat in honor of yourself, a loved one, or your business.

Your name will be permanently engraved on a plate which will be afixed to the seat.

You'll also be recognized on the Carteret Community Theatre website.
Plates can contain messages of one or two lines, up to 18 characters per line (including spaces). Be serious, funny, sentimental, or clever!

Carteret Community Theatre supporters, we wanted to share some exciting news that's on the horizon. First, we have secured a permanent “temporary” location in Atlantic Station next to Food Lion. Our 2024 season will be presented in this location, along with other events to entertain you and your family throughout the rest of the year!

In the coming weeks, we'll be unveiling details about our upcoming capital campaign, Ovation. This campaign will provide the necessary funding to rebuild our theatre that was destroyed by Hurricane Florence in 2018. Not only are we raising funds to rebuild, but it’s also about celebrating the power of the arts to transform lives, ignite imaginations, and bring communities together.

What is the Ovation Campaign?
A NEW VISION BORN FROM DISASTER
Hurricane Florence destroyed the building in 2018. Since that time, CCT has faced major challenges in finding suitable performance locations while they work to restore the theater. The Board of Directors has developed plans for renovating the existing structure to once again provide live entertainment, summer camps, and other amazing artistic programs for the citizens of Carteret County.
Phase One features a renovated, upgraded building with new seating for 400 patrons, new lighting, an expansive stage, a first-class sound booth, expanded concessions, an art gallery, and new bathrooms.
